However many (particularly older items) will not be in perfect condition
and will have a subtantially lower value. Follow steps 1 and 2 below to
establish an aproximate valuation for less than perfect items.
Remember to be harsh when giving your item a condition grading, one tiny
chip will downgrade a toy from A+ to A!
